Information we collect
When you request a quote, upload files, place an enabled online order, or contact us, we may collect your name, company, email, phone number, project details, artwork, shipping or pickup information, and transaction references. Our server also records limited technical information such as request time, browser information, IP-derived security identifiers, and error records needed to protect and operate the service.
How we use it
We use the information to prepare estimates and proofs, communicate about your project, produce and fulfill orders, provide pickup or shipping, prevent abuse, recover interrupted uploads, maintain business records, and improve the Website and SETX Tools workflow.
Service providers
Information may be shared only as needed with providers that support the transaction or fulfillment, such as Square for payment, shipping carriers, email delivery, hosting, security scanning, and the SETX Tools production system. SETX does not sell customer information.
Artwork and large files
Uploaded files are stored for quoting or production and may pass through a quarantine or security-check process. Do not upload passwords, financial records, health records, government identification, or information unrelated to your project. You must have permission to provide all submitted artwork and personal information.
Retention and security
We retain business, proof, order, and production records for operational, accounting, legal, and reprint needs. Abandoned temporary uploads are scheduled for cleanup. Reasonable technical and organizational protections are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may contact SETX to correct contact information or ask about records connected to your project. Some information may need to be retained for completed transactions, legal obligations, disputes, backups, or production history.
