Quotes and specifications
Quotes are based on the size, quantity, material, artwork, finishing, delivery method, and deadline known at the time. Changes may require a revised estimate. A project is not scheduled solely because a web form was submitted.
Artwork rights
By submitting artwork, names, logos, photographs, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. SETX may decline content that appears unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or unsuitable for production.
Proofs and approval
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates, numbers, colors, placement, size, and overall content before approval. Production should follow the current approved proof and specification. Screen colors are approximations and may differ from printed, embroidered, vinyl, or garment results.
Payment and production
Deposit, payment, or credit terms are established for each job. Some work may enter production before final payment when SETX authorizes it, but completed work may be held until required payment is received. Online card payments, when enabled, are processed by Square.
Deadlines and delivery
Turnaround estimates begin after required information, artwork, approvals, materials, and payments are available. Supplier delays, carrier delays, weather, equipment problems, or customer changes may affect timing. A deadline is guaranteed only when SETX confirms it in writing.
Cancellations and changes
Custom work may incur charges once design, ordering, setup, printing, embroidery, cutting, or other production has begun. Changes after approval may require a new proof, added cost, and revised completion date.
Website availability
The Website and upload service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, storage protection, or system recovery. A confirmation reference does not replace the final estimate, proof, invoice, or written job agreement.
